MEET JANE DAVIS
Hi, I’m a director-producer, based in Atlanta Georgia. I’ve been fortunate to be living my passion working in the production industry for more than 20 years.
From the moment I first picked up my family’s camcorder as a kid I was immediately obsessed with creating videos and telling stories through the lens of a camera.
As an army brat, I had the opportunity to travel, and was exposed to many cultures that still influence me today. The most influential of them all is my Korean heritage.
Before starting Hypegirl Creative, I have held a variety of roles supporting production and post-production efforts for major brands. Throughout my creative career, brand-driven storytelling has become my specialty; working on commercials, corporate communications and integrated content across a variety of industries for clients that include: Anheuser-Busch, Pizza Hut, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Undeniably Dairy and Citibank.
From a rough outline to the final deliverable, I’m dedicated to every step of the process. I partner with artists and brands to build on existing ideas, create original concepts or “get in where I fit in” and act as your production guru to an already well-oiled machine.
Since I’ve had the opportunity to work across multiple industries and categories, it’s always been important to me to be a sponge and absorb as much information as possible. I often say that one of the best parts about my job is that I get to learn just enough to be dangerous. For example, in a pinch I honestly think I could brew beer, make artisan mozzarella cheese, conduct a mortgage closing and even deliver a baby… remember, I said in a pinch.
In my collaborations with premier brands, agencies and production companies, I have worked with countless talented and professional individuals whom I’ve learned from and deeply admire. With Hypegirl, it was important to me to have a community of creators and storytellers. I could not do what I do without working with amazing teams. I only work with the best; and bring them to your project.
